HOW TO DOWNLOAD THE PRODUCT I JUST PURCHASED?
- Once identified as a user and completed the payment process, in the top right corner, click on the “MY STORE” button and choose “My orders” from the dropdown menu.
- You will then see a list of the orders placed. Click on the “view” button next to the product you wish to download.
- Next, you will see the order details. Click on the product name, located to the right in the “downloads” section.
HOW TO CREATE A SHOP?
- On the homepage, in the top right corner, click the pink button ‘open a shop.’ Choose the membership plan you prefer.
- Enter a valid email address and accept the terms and conditions of use.
- Review and confirm your chosen membership plan.
Click the ‘setup your store’ button to access the ‘settings’ section of your store’s dashboard. - In the ‘Store’ section, name your store, choose a logo, and provide a brief description.
- In the ‘payment’ section, configure how you’ll receive your payouts.
- In the ‘SEO’ section, configure various options for positioning and visibility within the marketplace.
- In your store’s dashboard, click on ‘home’ to check the initial status and appearance of your store. Now you can start uploading products to sell.
WHAT FEES DOES ARTILLUX CHARGE ON MY SALES?
Throughout 2024, the year of its inauguration, the Artillux marketplace will charge the following commissions:
- Free membership: a 50% commission on the price of each item for sale.
- Pro membership: a 25% commission on the final selling price of the sellers’ products.
- Premium membership: a 10% commission on the final selling price of the sellers’ products. Starting from January 2025 onwards, the commission will be 18%.
WHAT ARE PAYOUTS AND WHEN ARE THEY MADE?
“Payout” refers to the amount of money a seller receives monthly from Artillux for the sale of their products. It is the amount resulting from subtracting the commission percentage from the total sales made by a seller. For example, if during a month a seller with a Premium membership has made sales totaling $100, they will receive the following month a payout of: $90 (during 2024) or $82 (starting from January 2025). Payouts are sended automatically on the 1st day of the month after the month you signed up for the chosen membership plan. For example, if you subscribed to a membership plan on April 12th, your first payout will be sent on May 1st; the following payouts will be sent on the 1st of each month.
