We will track down the illegal resale of products sold on our marketplace and take legal action against individuals and platforms that violate the legitimate intellectual property and copyright rights of our sellers. If you believe that any of your original products for sale on Artillux are being resold on another platform, website, or marketplace, you can submit a written notification to our copyright agent: copyright@artillux.com. Artillux will take appropriate actions that, in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (US) and the Directive on Copyright in the Digital Single Market (EU), allow us to remove or stop the resale of such original products.
