Yes, as a buyer, you can communicate directly with a seller:
- From the main page, access the seller’s store; or type their name in the search bar if you can’t find it on the main page.
- Once inside the store, at the top left next to its logo, click the “Inquiry” button.
- A window will open where you can write a message to the seller. If you weren’t registered, you will be asked to do so before writing the message.
